Had an excellent experience with Marina Steel. We only met once on a viewing but she listened to my wants and needs from a property. She promised to email me the following day with some she had in mind and totally delivered, she had clearly tailored to what I needed rather than the approach that other agents often take. So much so that in that very email of properties tailored to my requirements, was the one I would go on to buy. So thank you for finding me my first home Marina! :)

My partner and I were looked after superbly by Marina Steele. We had registered with many agencies but she was the only who individually kept in contact with us and knew what we wanted from our property. She advised us brilliantly from start to finish, was always a pleasure to talk to and knew what was included in each property. She also passed us on to another great and helpful colleague, Harley, when she was away, who I also cannot fault. We would really have loved to have gone through Streets Ahead and Marina to buy a property, but we liked another one just slightly more. However, I would certainly consider using them when we come to sell in a few years time and would trust them completely.

We highly commend the Streets ahead team for helping us with our property search. It started a year ago when we first started viewings with Harley who was always very professional and courteous. Harley takes time to explain any processes so that we fully understand what is happening. We have also viewed with Pawal who is also very approachable and professional. Most importantly however, we would like to highly commend Richard Houlden who guided us through many viewings until we found our new home. Throughout the whole process, Richard remained extremely professional, prompt, helpful and willing to answer and investigate any queries that we had. He listened to us and understood exactly what we were looking for and recommended many properties to view which fit our criteria. He really went the extra mile with us and helped us through our first experience of being gazumped. He was sensitive to how we felt about this and patiently encouraged us to press ahead. Richard has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and always arranged any viewings and follow up calls promptly. He has helped to make our long property search much easier and fruitful!
