Great experience. After a fall through via another agent Marina Steel found me a fantastic buyer very quickly meaning we were able to hang onto our onward purchase. Saphire King-Harris progressed the sale to exchange very quickly and we are completing next week. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional at all times. Streets Ahead did a fantastic job with my sale. Harley and Karen did an excellent job organizing for me to view properties and selling my flat. Saphire did an amazing job managing the purchase process for my new property and the sale process of my flat, and working through a number of major problems, all of which were down to bad luck. I had a really unreasonable seller who dropped out of the first purchase, the second property I wanted failed the survey and the third (which I purchased) was in a really complicated chain. It took 13 months to move and was a complete nightmare, but Saphire worked really hard to make sure it went through.
