After filling out the online form for a number of estate agents in the Croydon area, Jenny from Streets Ahead was one of the only agents to call me to discuss my needs. I always received daily updates of properties coming on the market and if I was interested in an early viewing. The service from Jenny was always the best. I think the other estate agents can learn alot from Jenny's customer service skills. Jenny has been very helpful and I would definitely recommend Streets Ahead to anyone.

As a buyer I've never been more impressed by estate agents and can genuinely say they're trustworthy and work hard for both parties. For reasons unrelated to the estate agent (me) my purchase was a difficult process, but Marina Streel and Courtney Brown were patient, understanding and polite. And when I needed access to the property they were helpful too. I never leave reviews, but these two deserve it.
