Very good agent.. Saphire King-harris was very helpful ?? I have just purchased a house with them. They had to do a lot of work, because the seller's solicitors weren't the best, but the streets ahead team were very helpful. If you are selling or buying in croydon area, the addiscombe branch of streets ahead would be a good choice.

Excellent buying service. They found me a nice house that matched my requirements quickly. They were also helpful arranging access for my surveyors and inspectors to ensure the house was in good order. I especially liked the text reminders with full addresses sent to me before viewings. They are are a nice friendly team. Saphire King-Harris was superb at liasing with the owner, tenant and myself to ensure that the correct paperwork and evidence was prepared and set up so that I could take over the tenancy safely. She liased with the solicitors as well to push things along. She was on the phone daily with me and understood due to my busy job that I could not always answer the phone but ensured that I could always speak to her when I called her. She is a great asset to Streets Ahead and deserve a special reward from them. If she is on your side she will do everything possible to make sure the sale legally completes quickly.
