Organised viewings for two separate flats on two days via this estate agent. No show on both occasions. Difficult to get anyone on the phone to find out what happened. No callback, no apologies. Avoid.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Unfortunately I have to echo the thoughts of the previous reviewer, how on Earth they get positive reviews is beyond me. Had a awful experience with the Croydon branch. Completely non responsive and almost criminal in some of their behaviours.

Worst experience They are nice in the beginning. However, when they lost the flat Stephanie was unable to offer an alternative to the flat we passed the reference for, I still receive calls from their partner agency- Rent for Sure(Sophie) willing to discuss the love that never happened!!! Totally unprofessional, despite numerous emails I have sent to Streets ahead and Rent for sure.

Horrible Customer Service Pretty sure their deleting their bad reviews would not recommend this Estate Agent title says it all. Check their trust pilot reviews for the honest opinions.

Zero star rating, they are so poor, in everything

I rented the property from this agency, the first issue I had was that I was waiting for the property 2 weeks because apparently they were doing an refurbishment of the property, when I received the keys and went to move staff to the property it end up that nothing was done at the property and before I received the keys I had to wait 2 hours because they said that the cleaning service is there, which was a lie same as the refurbishment of the property. I’ve send so many email to the agency about problems of the property such as broken wash machine and dishwasher. The agency is unresponsive and only thing they are calling me about is rent payment which is always payed on time.

My recent experience with this branch when purchasing a property has been the worst I have ever had. The property was misrepresented from the initial viewing and throughout the sale. The lease details, the position of the seller, the history of the marketing and future timescales were complete lies which were discovered later on. The result of the transaction was that nothing happened for 8 weeks, the sale moved nowhere and the seller ended up reducing his property from 250k to 180k, i can only imagine how much money their client has lost due to their incapability to manage a sale, poor advice and blatant deception. Danny Midani is the branch manager who dealt with the seller, he did not add an ounce of value to the transaction and the lies (it may have been cluelessness) came from a negotiator called Jo. I welcome, with pleasure, a challenge to my comments by streets ahead and have proof of all the above, I will be proceeding with a formal complaint to the company and thankfully another property.

Worst experience ever! They booked an appointment at 4 pm to receive keys from their office and when i go there it was closed without any notice and nobody answered the phone. They insisted i paid everything without even having a date confirmed for the move in. Would not recommend to anybody absolutely as there are many other agencies out there with far better service.

useless been waiting months for my toilet to be fixed come home today to my boiler not working which I've never had a gas safety certificate for absolutely rubbish communication with anyone from streetsahead a complete joke
