Avoid them - if a property is listed with two agents use any other agent. Simple things like telling you which power meter is yours is beyond them. Simple customer services and urgency are ignored. They will tell you they will do something and then tell you they didn’t say that - even when in writing. #AVOID

I have booked several viewings with this agency and they have not been fully transparent about other people making offers on properties and appear to be more concerned about the people who have made an offer rather that making the property available for all people to view. They made me wait for a whole week to view a property as they said viewings were only taking place on Saturday only to tell me the day before that the property has gone. I even called for the details of the property and they did not say that someone has put down an offer so it may be likely that your viewing would be cancelled. They didnt even send me the details, just sent me a text the next day saying viewing is cancelled. I would not recommend this agency if you need to move urgently.

Very little communication especially in times of need. Still waiting on the remainder of my deposit after over three months although I have been charged for a standard clean for the next tenant! Pitty it was not cleaned for when I moved in, the fridge freezer didn’t even have any doors! Anyway nobody seems to give a monkeys so will just have to keep waiting! Good luck if you get Cherelle as your property manager, hope u have a lot of hair to pull out!

My recent experience with this branch when purchasing a property has been the worst I have ever had. The property was misrepresented from the initial viewing and throughout the sale. The lease details, the position of the seller, the history of the marketing and future timescales were complete lies which were discovered later on. The result of the transaction was that nothing happened for 8 weeks, the sale moved nowhere and the seller ended up reducing his property from 250k to 180k, i can only imagine how much money their client has lost due to their incapability to manage a sale, poor advice and blatant deception. Danny Midani is the branch manager who dealt with the seller, he did not add an ounce of value to the transaction and the lies (it may have been cluelessness) came from a negotiator called Jo. I welcome, with pleasure, a challenge to my comments by streets ahead and have proof of all the above, I will be proceeding with a formal complaint to the company and thankfully another property.

Such a nightmare, real shame that we are not going todeal with streets ahead anymore, up to this morning we were fine Bradley promised that if we like the property he can get it for us for our budget, so we put in an offer (the property rent was £1550 we have given £1500 as Bradley said he can get us for this price) so after 3hours he called and trying to push us give £1575 as he said landlord changed his mind and wants £1600 now, and saying that He can try get it for £1575 if you want , oh my gosh it’s just a game our budget was clear £1500 we understand they get their commission but this puts us and many others in a horrible situation, 😠 no more dealing with streets ahead croydon
