Having worked in the property sector for many years and now as an investor I've had the pleasure and misfortune of working with a number of people from the industry. However I have never worked with anyone who has done a better job for me than Kai and I felt compelled to highlight this. My recent purchase would have fallen through on several occasions if it wasn't for his quick thinking and going above and beyond in every aspect to get the sale done. This included knocking on freeholders doors at 730am or 9pm to help gain the signatures I needed to progress the sale and managing unusual situations that meant him working with two sets of solicitors and sellers living on a boat in Greece with little or no means of communication but still the sale progressed when anyone else would have given up.
