The property I rented was riddled with Rubbish and fire alarm issues. The London Fire Brigade called out on 5 separate occasions over one weekend. Nothing was ever done by Streets Ahead despite being notified by tenants. If you are looking for a lettings agency to ensure a smooth process, do not use this company.
