I bought a house through this branch of Northwood in 2016, let it through them until May 2024 and finally sold it through them. I am grateful to them for their professionalism, reliability, honesty and patience throughout. They have been immensely supportive, responsive when required, and due to their unique Guaranteed Rent scheme, have saved me from any sleepless nights that otherwise landlords invariably go through. I've been with northwood for the past few years now and my experience with them have been brilliant, any issue, problem or query they are always available to help and always quick to get back you. Not once have I felt that they are too busy to deal with you and they always have helped out with whatever it may be. The staff there are very friendly and helpful.
