As a landlord who has been with Northwood Sandbach for a number of years, I want to say thank you to Rena and her team for the help and assistance they have given to me and in turn my tenants. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Rena, who organised a brand new boiler replacement in our rental property, in less than 24 hours (20 to be exact), from the initial emergency callout to the final courtesy call. Superb customer service. Also thanks to your contractor Tony who did the work so quickly and efficiently. 10/10 all round. Thank you

Inspection at my rental place today. Jessica was truly professional and clear spoken with me. Truely impressed with her and deaf awareness. Absolutely delighted with her. She work there for a year I believe……Bright future ahead of her. Up there with Cathy, Rena and Holly……Very well done of your professional….All of them are credit to Northwood.best wishes
