My husband and I attended a viewing today and loved the community. The representative (kelly) explained everything clearly and made us feel very comfortable. We’re very interested in moving forward, as we really liked the property and the community. However, we understand that the washing machine and fridge are not included, so we would need a bit of time to think it over, as purchasing these appliances isn’t something we can afford right now.
Reply from Inspire Estate Agents - Crawley: Thank you for visiting and for the kind words about Kelly — we’re so glad you enjoyed the property and community feel. Should you have any further questions or queries, please reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.
We had a very seamless experience selling our property. Although we didn’t achieve the exact asking price, we secured an offer very close to it, which we accepted. Harvey provided an excellent advert and made us feel confident that HP was the right agent to sell with from the very beginning. A big thank you to Bella for her friendly yet professional manner and for conducting all of our viewings so smoothly. Finally, a special thank you to Sarah, who truly made us feel we were in safe hands throughout the process. She was efficient, kept us regularly updated, and was always willing to go above and beyond to support us.

We’re delighted to hear that your sale felt seamless and that you achieved such a strong offer. Harvey will be so pleased to know his marketing made a great first impression, and Bella will appreciate your kind words about how she handled the viewings.
A special thank you as well for highlighting Sarah — she works incredibly hard to keep everything running smoothly, so it’s fantastic to hear you felt supported and in safe hands throughout.
It’s been a real pleasure helping you with your sale, and we wish you all the very best for what’s next.
