Homes Partnership has been an absolute asset to managing my rental property. Specifically Annalise who has always managed my property brilliantly and has most recently been managing a challenging situation where my tenants had to temporarily move out to allow repairs to take place in the property. She managed the insurance company, ensuring my tenants had somewhere suitable to go and managing my expectations. I would recommend this lettings agency to everyone.
Further to my above review, I have since sold my property. Harvey, Sarah, Annalise and the team did an amazing job from listing the property, managing expectations for me, the tenants in the property and the buyers. I’ve had a very positive experience with Home Partnership, and I especially want to highlight Annalise Speller for her excellent support.
Whenever I’ve had an issue, she responds swiftly and ensures it is dealt with promptly and efficiently. It’s very reassuring to know that concerns are taken seriously and handled without delay.
Recently, we had a hot water issue, and I was really impressed that it was resolved in under 12 hours. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference.

Annalise has been my property manager since I moved into my rental property a year ago. Annalise has been amazing throughout. Whenever there has been an issue, despite it being big or small, it has been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
