After visiting Tilgate Park, we knew straight away that we wanted to live in the neighbourhood. We booked a viewing for a property we liked, and Alina showed us around. Having lived in a flat for the past 15 years, I had completely forgotten all the important questions to ask — but it didn’t matter, because Alina had everything covered. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and welcoming. We decided to put an offer in, and after some back and forth, it was accepted. As anyone who has moved house knows, there are many people involved, and unfortunately not everyone always pulls their weight. This was the case for us and, at one point, it nearly derailed both the sale of my flat and the purchase of our new home. Thankfully, Alina was there every step of the way — chasing all parties, building bridges, and solving problems. She wasn’t just acting as an estate agent; she became the operations manager for the entire process. I was often receiving updates from her well before my own solicitor. She truly was the unsung hero, and I genuinely don’t believe I would be in my new home without her dedication and hard work. When I went to collect the keys, she surprised me with flowers, wine, a balloon, and gifts. I never expected — or had ever received — such kindness and exceptional customer service. I would have given her a hug, but after spending the entire morning and most of the afternoon loading a van in the rain, I thought it was best to spare her that experience 😅. I would also like to say a huge thank you to Stephen and the rest of the team. You are all doing an amazing job and are truly inspiring.

Bradley did a great job. Our house was only on the market a couple of weeks before we got a buyer and the sale went through very smoothly, both thanks largely to Bradley. He looked after us every step of the way.
