We recently sold my mothers house through Inspire and were extremely happy with the service provided. The company obviously know the local market well and provided excellent advise throughout the sale process. We were very happy with the price achieved, especially given the challenging market conditions and felt we were well advised when offers started to come in. Inspire were always on hand to deal with our many questions all the way through until the sale completed.

As a first time buyer, the process from start to finish has been so smooth and i could not recommend Inspire enough. They were always so quick in responding to my emails and answering any enquiries I had. Couldn't have wished to work with a better team on purchasing our first home! Estate agent Stephen was really great from start to finish. Really pushed the process throughout to make sure myself and the seller could complete as quickly as possible. He was the communication link between all the other parties involved, giving regular updates even when he didn't need to/probably have time to. Stephen was the one I knew I could call for anything move related, even explaining the big words on the contracts from solicitors! Finally Inspire made completion day really exciting for me, even giving my fur baby a bag of doggy sweeties! Inspire were great from start to finish, I had no dramas in what was probably the most difficult period in my life so thanks to all!
