Whenever I’ve had an issue, she responds swiftly and ensures it is dealt with promptly and efficiently. It’s very reassuring to know that concerns are taken seriously and handled without delay. Recently, we had a hot water issue, and I was really impressed that it was resolved in under 12 hours. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference.
