This is the first time in many years we have had to use this service. Harvey from Homes partnership made the beginning of this journey very easy. I felt confident in his ability to achieve the asking price. I was very happy with the quality of the photos & video advertising our house, which was valued fairly. We had a number of viewings until an offer was accepted, and the whole process of selling seemed quick & easy, (finding a property took longer!). I put this down to Harvey, Bella & the team working together well to help us achieve our goal. We were kept well informed before & after each viewing & when we did sell we were passed onto Sarah who was great at liaising with the solicitor & other estate agents, chasing up where needed and updating us. I would recommend Homes Partnership, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Fully Manage 2 properties for us and we have always received excellent service. The staff are friendly really helpful. We have recently had the bathroom replaced in one of the properties. Annalise found a very competitive quote and worked hard overseeing the installation to ensure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

With Homes Partnership I have assurance with dealing with my small property business. Annalise is amazing with calmly handling the various affairs that crop up as a landlord, I am always kept up to date with Pat tests and inspections. With ever changing demands for a landlord I certainly would not do this without the Homes team.
