A quick mention on estate agent Annalise she's been managing our property since it went on the renting market and moved abroad. She's firstly so responsive keeps you in the loop with every action, provides regular updates so you don't have to chase in any form, also gently reminds us of items we haven't come back to so keep us on course. Not only does this benefit us but also the tenant. She is friendly, polite and professional the working relationship is easy to have and maintain. She gives us peace of mind that our property is taken care off & in good hands the service provided to us by her has just been excellent.

This is an excellent letting agent. The staff at HP are so helpful and efficient. Our property manager, Annalise is always attentive and very quick to answer emails and sort out any issues, whether they be minor or more challenging. Not only that, Annalise is very good with the tenants too, is always friendly and helps maintain a happy household. This is impressive as the house is a 6 room house share!
