I have received a very good support from HP since they took over the management of the property I was living in, in particular from Connie. There were many issues which I kept addressing to the landlord and the contractors but these were often being ignored however when HP stepped in they started acting on those immediately and get things sorted promptly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them!

Reply from Inspire Estate Agents - Crawley: Thank you so much for your lovely review, Guido. We’re really pleased to hear that you felt well supported once Homes Partnership took over the management of the property. It’s especially great to know that Connie’s proactive approach made such a positive difference and that the issues you’d been raising were dealt with promptly and efficiently — that’s exactly the level of service we aim to provide. Thank you for your recommendation; it’s genuinely appreciated. Wishing you all the very best, and please don’t hesitate to get in touch if we can help in the future. Kind Regards Adam Charlton Director

I would highly recommend Homes partnership. From arranging our viewing to having our offer accepted Paul was fantastic, he knew everything about the property, other estate agents who showed us around other houses just stood in 1 room and left us to look on our own whereas Paul genuinely wanted to tell us about the property, he was happy, friendly and professional at all times. He was genuinely happy for us when our offer was accepted, he then passed us over to Sarah. Sarah was brilliant the whole way through our purchase, she kept us well informed at each stage and I could always get hold of her! I actually enjoyed talking to her which is rare with estate agents! What I loved about this company is that they speak to you like actual human beings without using cliques and jargon. If I ever sell my property I would 100% be using Homes Partnership.

Reply from Inspire Estate Agents - Crawley: Thank you so much for such a lovely and thoughtful review, Stacey. We’re absolutely delighted to hear about your experience from start to finish. Paul will be so pleased to know how much you appreciated his knowledge, enthusiasm and genuine approach during your viewing – he really does love helping people find the right home. It’s also wonderful to hear such kind words about Sarah. Keeping clients informed, being approachable and making the process feel human (not full of jargon!) is exactly what we aim for, so your comments mean a great deal to us. She really is a credit to my business. Thank you again for your recommendation and trust in Homes Partnership. We wish you every happiness in your new home, and we’d be honoured to help you again whenever the time comes to sell. All the best. Adam Charlton Owner
