I used John Payne Estate Agents , to sell my late mothers house as they were local to the area. I found them too be very knowledge about the area, it took a bit of time to sell the house because the first buyer pulled out last minute but John Payne took care of all the advertising and all the viewings which was great and they were only a phone call away if i need any info from them over all great service with friendly staff.

Given covid restrictions and viewings being a problem I was able to work with Paynes though I personally conducted all viewings on behalf of Paynes.. Actually enabling myself to give a personal account of the home. Sale eventually went through and thanks to Sarah, Vicki and staff.

We bought a house through Payne Associates. Every time I called them they were very helpful and quick to respond to queries and They managed the relationship between us and the sellers very well.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Had no frequent updates I had to call them in order to know what was going on. On the week of exchange we was told that there was a break down in sellers relationship and one of the co owners were now in Australia. The branch was well aware of this and did not tell me from the start. Then to be told the co owner that was in Australia the branch did not have there ID. Well I know estate agents should not list property without signed consent and I'd from both owners this is illegal for money laundering purposes.This delaid the exchange for three weeks unfortunately. So there fore for a so called Agent with good reputation play these tactics is wrong. We did complete in the end so not a total disaster I feel the staff held back from giving basic info in order to make the sale go through because if we were told from the start we never would have went through with sale.

Waited in for a valuation for an hour having had confirmation of appointment time and location. Not good enough (Daventry Rd branch)
