It was great working with Liz - the Sales Manager - with regards to selling my property. The property was part of a housing association which brought it's many foibles. In one particular instance I was really struggling with information from my Solicitor and Liz showed immediate empathy and genuine concern for my predicament and offered to contact the housing association on my behalf. Liz was able to use her experience and knowledge of these types of contracts to sort out the problem, which was a massive relief to me. At the time I thanked her for having gone the extra mile and she continued to do the same throughout the rest of the sale through to completion. A 5 star customer experience.

We recently purchased a property through Payne Associates and we were delighted with the way Melanie helped us. She kept us up-dated and helped a great deal when our Solicitor when off ill.
