We recently completed a sale and purchase with the sale side through Payne's. The chain was huge and many of the other agents were completely useless, however our agent from Paynes, Siobhan, clearly put in a huge amount of effort chasing down the weak links and driving the process forwards. I am completely satisfied that we chose to use Payne's rather than a cheaper alternative - we absolutely got what we paid for. Professional service, high quality images in the adverts, fast responses to queries and issues. If we had chosen a cheaper agent I am 100% sure the sale and purchase would have fallen through.
