In the midst of a worldwide pandemic, and national lock downs, it was always going to be a challenge selling our house but the team at Park & Bailey, and especially Hadley, never missed a beat. Under unprecedented circumstances, they got a stream of 20 potential buyers through our door over one weekend just before lock down. We had 8 offers to choose from on Monday morning, and they guided and advised appropriately so we could choose our buyer wisely. Sadly, after 12 weeks of lock down, those buyers had another agenda but the team already had their finger on the pulse. Hadley's impeccable sense of integrity, intuition and experience meant he was able to see through our buyer's bluster when the time was right and end the uncertainty they were creating. Hadley has also been looking for other potential buyers and was able to replace them within 24 hours! Amazing work! We successfully completed last month and, although at times it was a struggle, Hadley never left our side or left us feeling lost. He was always at the end of the phone to offer practical advice and emotional guidance when it all got a bit overwhelming. I sometimes wish I had another house to sell so that we can work with Park & Bailey again. If you're looking for an estate agent that knows the local market and, more importantly, knows 'people', you cannot do any better than Park & Bailey.

Right from the viewing stage Park & Bailey stood out from other EAs in the Coulsdon region - the staff I dealt with (Rob, Becca and Grannie) were all really courteous and professional, and accommodating as well. This is a strong contrast to some EAs I've dealt with who were just pushy and sometimes plain rude. What impressed me even more is Park & Bailey's Sales Progression team - Sue has been absolutely amazing at chasing all parties to achieve exchange - within 2 months of my offer being accepted! And did I mention there is a chain as well?! Absolutely amazing job!
