Excellent service from Park and Bailey coulsdon, they have renewed our faith in estate agents! We made full use of all their services including Chris negotiating on our purchase which we are sure saved us more than their fee's. They achieved us the asking price which was the highest valuation we had. They do what they say they will, communication is excellent, enthusiasm amazing (particularly Rob on viewings) and the whole experience has been positive. We were so pleased to get in before Christmas which was thanks to Sue in the Progression Team who chased everything and got back to us in record time. Thank you! Couldn't be happier with the excellent service provided by the whole team. Accurate advice on price and marketing and a lot of hard work from Park and Bailey lead to a swift sale, but it was the ongoing service from the follow up team and Chris even negotiating our purchase for us that was above and beyond my expectations, making the whole process a lot less stressful.
