I only have high praise for everything they did for us - an excellent & professional listing, managing, hosting & coordinatoring all viewings (to accommodate our needs with two small children), negotiating a selling price we were pleased with (in a subdued market), and negotiating for us on the purchase of our new home. Park and Bailey Coulsdon recently acted for me in the sale of a house. The staff acted in a professional way and continually kept me informed of progress. Rob, the negotiator who conducted most of the viewings, was very efficient and pleasant and dealt with potential purchasers in an effective and respectful manner. The progress team provided a very useful service liaising with both parties' conveyancers and with the vendor and the purchaser.
