Park & Bailey provided an excellent service when we were our house in Coulsdon. They were excellent at coordinating responses to questions for the vendor and also accommodated quite a lot of negotiation, dialogue and additional obstacles, that the sale purchase brought up. The actual process was fairly tense, as I gather most house transactions are, however despite this they managed the service very professionally, with the follow up and progression activities and were balanced in their dealings with us and the vendor, playing the agent role well. They were also able to add and share quite a lot of insight to the process which was obviously helpful and reassuring. They also appeared to have al the desirable properties on their books which is clearly helpful! If we cam to sell our house we would definitely make enquires at P & B first.
