Park & Bailey - Coulsdon

Highly recommend Park & Bailey. Always at the end of the phone when you need some advise. Chris, Rob and Sue made the transaction easy. Thank you so much

The whole team couldn't have done enough for us and we were the buyers. The staff coordinated all our requests in a timely manner in consultation with the vendor and we experienced efficiency throughout. Thank you

Chris and Sue from P&B Coulsdon were extremely helpful during our recent purchase. They maintained constant contact and always kept us up to date with progress throughout. I would highly recommend them.

Great service from start to finish. We're hopefully not moving for a very long time but if we do, will definitely use Park and Bailey to sell up!

I would recommend Park and Bailey unreservedly to anyone wishing to sell their home. The staff are friendly, approachable and efficient, and the service is proactive and professional. Thanks to the team for finding a buyer promptly and progressing our sale, keeping us in the loop throughout.

Very good service indeed from Chris, Rob, and the rest of the team - they got us a sale near asking within a couple of weeks. Sue in progressions was an absolute star - we had chain problems, but her constant communication up and down the chain pushed it all over the line in the end. Highly recommended!

We found Park & Bailey very professional. They kept us informed throughout the buying process. From first viewing to offer, we found P&B to be sincere and realistic in a very non-pushy way. During the remainder of the process, P&B remained helpful and attentive.

Having completed our purchase last month, we would feel very comfortable highly recommending Park & Bailey. The service was consistently professional, reassuring and positive. We felt very well supported throughout the process and thank the team for all their help.

Excellent Service. Very friendly and helpful

I would very much like to thank the very helpful, fab team at Park and Bailey Coulsdon. You've been great. Many thanks also to Sue in progressions at the Caterham Office. So appreciate all your hard work. You've been a star!
