We put our house up for sale through P&B at what proved to be an extremely difficult time in the property market prompted largely by the rapidly rising cost of living, inflation and the consequent frequent increases in interest rates. Notwithstanding this the team at P&B sourced a good number of genuine, relevant potential buyers and in the end produced for us a very successful outcome. Throughout what was a long and sometimes stressful experience the P&B team were at all times a pleasure to deal with and very supportive.

We didn't end up buying through Park and Bailey, but none the less had great customer service while looking for a property. Melissa often our regular support on a Saturday viewing was honest and helpful every time, and the team back in the office were always keen to phone us when they had found a property that was of interest to us. Really appreciate the dedicated efforts all round.
