We are the buyers for a property P&B are selling, and it's safe to say we have been incredibly impressed. Melissa has been our main point of contact and has been really friendly, informative and supportive through the whole process. Sue has helped us with getting the purchase over the line and has gone beyond what we would have expected from an estate agents in order to help us. Everyone we have spoken to has been helpful, informative and in as much urgency as us, which is often lacking at an estate agents. We plan to be in this house for years to come, but if and when we do sell in the future, we will certainly be selling with P&B and will strongly recommend them to friends. The house was secured very quickly once we put the offer in, it took a day to have it all agreed and offered to us, Rebecca did a brilliant job there. We were even more impressed with the after offer experience from Sue the Sales Coordinator who has gone above and beyond her role for us. When she was away Ginette was equally helpful.
