During a lengthy property search myself and my partner encountered many estate agents and can honestly say Park & Bailey were by far the best. Whole team were professional, friendly and helpful. In particular Mary, who showed us the property we eventually bought, was great. She was knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy in her approach. At both our viewings she gave up plenty of time and space to really view the property properly. In addition Mary was the only agent who took time to ask if we would complete a survey at the end of our 1st viewing so that they could improve their own service. Not one other agent ever considered asking us for any feedback other than did we want to buy the property they showed us. Also, once our offer had been accepted, June from the sales progression team was outstanding. She worked really hard at times to keep us informed about some delays and challenges at the top of our chain. She remained professional but also was very understanding and comforting on the difficult and challenging days. Overall very impressed and would recommend them to anyone who is selling in an area they cover.

Park & Bailey were agents for the house we were buying and we are very happy with the service. Rob helped us out with negotiations and we got the offer accepted on the house we really loved. The team then also helped us further along when we had complications on our sale, they communicated really well with our agent on sale and the sellers. Sue also helped us with communications past the offer acceptance and beyond completion too. I was a buyer in a transaction where Park & Bailey were the agents. In summary, I was extremely impressed - particularly with Sue who was our Sales Coordinator. Unlike an agent, she is dedicated to pushing the transaction along post offer/acceptance. Having this really improved our buying experience. Our sale was handled by Rob, who also did a few viewings. He was friendly and helpful, and when it came to our offer his communication was outstanding. He turned the whole negotiation around in one day!
