Fantastic first class service!!!. From the start of the process having Hadley round to give a valuation, very knowledgable and realistic also appeared to have a genuine love and interest in his job and selling houses, Then to the expert sales team I dealt with Chris and Rob who only took 6 weeks to sell over the summer holidays to sell, constantly updating us. Listened to what we wanted with patience and understanding, and when the offers came in helped us to secure the best price for our property. Then onto the wonderful Sue Hodson in the aftersales team who was just a phone call away (quite a lot of calls at the end to be honest!) nothing was too much trouble for her including chasing solicitors and going above and beyond to make the sale happen, she made the stress of selling a house just disappear!! I would fully recommend Park and Bailey to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property. I had a terrible experience with the previous agents we bought our house from (I won’t name names) I was dreading selling and buying again but this process has been incredibly different thank goodness!)

Accurate advice on price and marketing and a lot of hard work from Park and Bailey lead to a swift sale, but it was the ongoing service from the follow up team and Chris even negotiating our purchase for us that was above and beyond my expectations, making the whole process a lot less stressful. We made full use of all their services including Chris negotiating on our purchase which we are sure saved us more than their fee's. They achieved us the asking price which was the highest valuation we had. They do what they say they will, communication is excellent, enthusiasm amazing (particularly Rob on viewings) and the whole experience has been positive. We were so pleased to get in before Christmas which was thanks to Sue in the Progression Team who chased everything and got back to us in record time. Thank you! Our only complaint is that they recommended Cook Taylor Woodhouse for conveyancing who were terrible.

I only have high praise for everything they did for us - an excellent & professional listing, managing, hosting & coordinatoring all viewings (to accommodate our needs with two small children), negotiating a selling price we were pleased with (in a subdued market), and negotiating for us on the purchase of our new home. Chris (Knowles) was fantastic throughout, professional, courteous and it really did feel he was doing his best for us, not just the business. I don’t normally leave reviews but we have had such a good experience with Park and Bailey I wanted to share. I was very apprehensive about choosing an estate agent to sell our house so wanted to find one that was honest and reliable. I can honestly say Park and Bailey have been brilliant throughout the whole process, completely honest, reliable, genuine and fantastic communicators. It has made the whole experience stress free for us and have made the whole family comfortable throughout. All the team at the Coulsdon branch have been so professional and even through the difficulties that the recent Covid pandemic has brought have continued to regularly communicate and provided consistent advice and reassurance. Particular thanks to Hadley and Rob for their support and help.
