We had a really positive experience with the team at Park & Bailey in Coulsdon and also when visiting another branch while we were looking around the area. Everyone we met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful rather than pushy, which made the whole process feel much more relaxed. They took the time to answer our questions, gave honest advice about the local area, and made us feel comfortable throughout the viewings. Communication was great and it was clear the team really cares about helping people find the right home. Overall, a very professional but also personal service. We’re really grateful for the support and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
