Park & Bailey - Coulsdon

Excellent experience renting with JLL. My husband and I needed to find an apartment in central London in a short period of time. Xavier was super attentive, responsive and diligent to identify an apartment which met all of our requirements and to steward the rental referencing and closure process. Would highly recommend!

Steph and Xavier were very helpful for me to look for the flat and move in smoothly

Really love this agency! I’ve been working with Xav and he was great at finding properties that truly matched what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Ruby. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and found us a property that ticks all the boxes. Thank you Ruby

I had a pleasant experience with JLL as the property managers, in particular Angela Wyles. Angela has been responsive and very caring, really listening to my needs, even after moving out, she continued to make herself available.

Exceptional service and an overall great experience renting my apartment through JLL. Charlie was extremely helpful, kind and professional from day one. He made the whole process feel smooth and reassuring, with clear communication, quick responses and genuine care throughout. He was always happy to answer my questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. Joanna was also very helpful and supportive with everything leading up to the move, making sure the final steps were clear and well organised. I’m very grateful to Charlie, Joanna, and the JLL team for their hard work and dedication. Thank you for helping me find my new home!

We had an excellent experience with Xav Hastings and Johanna Chamiola Phillips throughout our move to London. From our very first interaction, they were incredibly responsive, professional and supportive. Moving internationally can be stressful, but they made the entire rental process smooth and straightforward. They were always available to answer our questions, kept us informed at every stage, and handled everything with great efficiency. Their professionalism, transparency and genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service really stood out. We truly appreciate all their help and would highly recommend Xav, Johanna and the JLL team to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agency. Thank you again for making our relocation to London such a positive experience!

Working with Charlie was such a big help. He managed to help us secure a property that seemed like it was going to fall through, but he reassured us that nevertheless he would find a way to solve it and he did!

Great service.

Excellent service from Joanna and Xavier
