The staff at rhuddlan office are unprofessional when we go to office to report the fact the boiler is not working there rung police on us been living in the property with mold for 10 months and repairs still not been done leaks in the property and the abuse I've had of staff is disgusting I wouldn't recommend renting a property from them I've got a child with additional needs there not been interested I've tried to contact the owner had no response
I viewed a property and I put an application in shortly after. Luke said everything looks great on the application. But he wants me to view the property again and he would like me to meet the landlords mum so she can get a feel if we are suitable for the rental . Very judgemental . Not been a good experience . Go with Fletcher and Poole.
If i COULD give MACAULEY no stars it still would not be enough minus ..... WOW what can i say a most unhelpful LIAR... of an agent opps MANAGER.I have the misfortune of this agents acting .the lies just keep comming .!!!! I would go into detail but why upset myself more over his lies . Lies have a habit catching up with people Karma.........................and all
