Dafydd Hardy - Colwyn Bay

Jaimie-Lee was fantastic. As are all the staff. Jaimie-Lees customer service & communication was 10/10. Nothing was ever too much & she would keep me updated throughout. Highly recommended!

The team in DH Colwyn Bay were wonderful, always cheerful, helpful and professional. And they sold our house very quickly.

Thank you Dafydd Hardy Estate Agents for helping us sell our property in Rhos on Sea. Ryan our lead was extremely helpful with communications during the stages of the sale. Thank you all.

This is the 2nd time we have used yourselves albeit 25 years apart but still the same top service thank you Lea & Sue Burgess.

Jaimie and other staff members has been exceptional throughout our home-buying journey. She was consistently kind, approachable, and incredibly helpful, always taking the time to clearly explain every step and answer any questions we had. My partner and I recently purchased our new home with Jaimie’s support, and her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

We completed the sale of our Flat in under 12 weeks, which was mainly due to the hard work put in by Ryan, who was an invaluable intermediary when the solicitors were dragging their feet. He was unfailingly positive and quickly responsive to questions. We would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Dafydd Hardy, Colwyn Bay.

I have found the whole experience a good one and staff have been attentive

Ryan was fantastic from start to finish. He went above and beyond to guide us through the entire home-buying process, always keeping us informed and supported. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend him!

The staff have guided us all the way through this process in an incredibly helpful and friendly manner. Without this guidance the process of selling the house would have been far more difficult. Everyone has been warm, friendly and professional throughout. It has been a pleasure working with them and cannot recommend them highly enough.
