Dafydd Hardy - Colwyn Bay

Excellent service from the DH team at Colwyn Bay. Everybody we met from the team knew what they were doing and had excellent communication skills. The outcome was as they predicted, although we were sceptical to begin with.

Ryan helped us buy an apartment and was really skillful in understanding our needs and helping negotiate a great deal for us and the vendor. He listened and understood and got it just right. Would highly recommend.

Ryan was always on hand to help , thank you so much for selling my property

This is my 2nd time using Dafydd Hardy Colwyn Bay and as before the service provided by Ryan and Macauley was exceptional. Along every step of the process the advice, support and professionalism shown by them on a consistent basis exceeded my expectations yet again. Thank you both so much.

Macauley, Ryan and the team at Colwyn Bay were truly amazing from start to finish during the sale of the property we were selling. Macauley was professional, knowledgeable and so helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble whenever we raised queries with him he replied to us always so efficiently and honestly. All of the team were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone- a truly genuine team with their clients best interest at the heart of everything they do. Thank you so much Macauley, Ryan, Luke and Chloe.

Fantastic from start to finish. Totally professional. Nothing was too much trouble, made me completely rethink my ideas about estate agents. 5 stars is not enough. Well done and thank you all. Graham Hickman

Ryan from beginning to end has been consistent and professional all the way through. It has been one of the most stressful times for me selling my family home and Ryan has sat and listened to all my frustrations without judgement and has remained professional and shown empathy during these difficult times. Ryan was always available at the end of the phone and constantly went out of his way to answer all my questions. I honestly from the bottom of my heart cannot thank Ryan enough for being there, just knowing he was a phone call away reassured me during times needed. Thank you!!

Without a doubt, I knew Dafydd Hardy in Colwyn Bay would have my property under offer quickly and they did! Both Macaulay and Ryan have been so helpful throughout what is a stressful process. I cannot thank and recommend them highly enough.

Recently purchased through Dafydd Hardy Colwyn Bay and honestly couldn't praise Ryan enough- he showed us around numerous properties with such professionalism, very attentive and a credit to the company.
