We dealt with Ryan and a few members of the team at Colwyn bay branch who were selling the property we were purchasing. We viewed the property several times initially and it was never a problem arranging this with them always obliging and helpful answering our questions etc. The sale of our own property had a lot of hurdles along the process causing us upmost stress and delays which effected the timescale of our purchase. Luckily Ryan and team did their upmost to keep this ticking along for us with the owner who was getting very awkward and difficult to deal with....... but we got there in the end and felt Ryan went above and beyond to keep our stress levels down!
