Due to having to put my mums house up for sale, we contacted 2 local agents. Ryan came from Dafydd Hardy to go through the process and do a valuation. We found him to be professional and knowledgeable. By the end of the day, he had sent us a summary report. We decided to go with them. We had a few viewings initially but it was the wrong time to sell, around Christmas. After Xmas, we had several viewing booked in. After one sale that fell through, we quickly had more viewings booked in and sold after the 1st one. Communication is always good, calls, emails and texts to keep you updated. I like the companies values, a young team who are clearly driven. Overall, we have been very happy and would recommend.

Ryan led on the sale of our house from start to finish. At different stages of the sale he involved other members of the team, all of whom were exceptional. In particular, we thought Jamie who created the brochure including photos and video did an excellent job. Chloe and Emily were brilliant at showing people round and keeping in touch with us, and Jamie-Lee handled many of the calls about arrangements really well.
