We have now been with Martin and Co. Colchester as our letting agents for more than four years. The service throughout this period has been excellent. They have done a thorough job in screening new tenants and offered sound advice on rent levels. They have also been proactive and responsive in dealing with issues that have come up at the property.His has been particularly important as for much of this period we were living overseas.
