The people here are always very polite and friendly and willing to help with anything you need. It's handy not to be pested as they leave you be apart from phoning to check your satisfaction every few months. The only downside is that when you do have an issue sometimes you have to keep chasing them up on it. But overall we've been very satisfied with the service they've provided.
