My previous experience with letting agents is that they ignore your stated requirements, then have the audacity to call you a difficult landlord when you reject a most unsuitable tenant they wish to propose. – Not so Martin & Co Colchester! They have a low turnover of staff and all seem highly motivated to do a good and satisfying job.

Without doubt the only letting agent to use in Colchester I have 14 properties with Martin and Co which they have managed for 8 years. I have never had any problems what so ever during this period. All of the team are very attentive to your needs and always respond to any questions. If you are wanting to rent and do not call Martin and Co then in my opinion you are making a big mistake.

This review could quite possibly change, we only became a customer at the beginning of the year, but if it carries on the way it is then certainly it will stay a 5*. In comparison to previous letting agents we have been with they are far better. It's not even worth comparing because they are simply much better on every aspect. We had a problem with our boiler, I sent 1 email and the next day the very same day they arranged an engineer to attend the very next day. Many other positives, great customer service.
