I moved into my property last week, it was a really easy process, everything went through near enough straight away, it was the first time me and my partner have moved out, everything was explained clearly and if we have any problems we can contact them directly which is a great service that is provided, my estate agent Jarrod has been very helpful and has been in contact to see if we are all settled which is comforting when it's all new to you. Would highly recommend Martin & Co to anyone!

We have been a customer of Martin and Co in Colchester for well over a decade. They have always found good tenants and provided an excellent service. The proerty has never been empty. We recently sold our property with them and again the service they provided did not disappoint. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for sales and lettings. A very professional organisation.
