I personally have always been very satisfied with the communication from the property management staff. It is absloutly vital that agents work with us replying information that we need to conduct our services efficently which transponds through to the tenants. Without doubt the only letting agent to use in Colchester I have 14 properties with Martin and Co which they have managed for 8 years. I have never had any problems what so ever during this period. This review could quite possibly change, we only became a customer at the beginning of the year, but if it carries on the way it is then certainly it will stay a 5*. In comparison to previous letting agents we have been with they are far better. It's not even worth comparing because they are simply much better on every aspect. We had a problem with our boiler, I sent 1 email and the next day the very same day they arranged an engineer to attend the very next day. Many other positives, great customer service.
