Love my house Belvoir found me..communication is always very good ..maintenance always quickly dealt with highly recommend

Listened to us when we had problems and dealt with then as soon they could concerning the house.we have no complaints about Belvoir, and when staff come to inspect the house ,they are very polite and professional always yours sincerely Mr Mrs crabb

There have been up's and down's being a tenant under Belvoir Colchester over the years. The reason I have given Belvoir 5 stars is due to the fact that there are 3 members of staff, one being the Director, that have gone beyond the norm to help and resolve any problems. I was treated as an individual and helped in ways I would never expect or hope for within an Agent v Tenant relationship. Forever grateful..yo know who you are.

Julie was amazing from the moment she answered the phone. Really knowledgable and helpful in regards to lettings and explained all options clearly to enable me to pick the best choice for me. I did not feel rushed at any point, and Julie went out her way to support me. Quality service.

I count myself extremely fortunate to have rented a lovely terraced house through the fabulous team at Belvoir. This is not my first rental experience but it is by far the best: I can’t think anybody can have had a better experience. A stable and dedicated team who clearly enjoy their work and this makes communication easy and good natured. Any issues have been dealt with very quickly - even within the same day. My neighbour has a very different and negative experience with her agent - who often doesn’t reply to emails or phone calls for weeks. I can’t recommend Belvoir highly enough and would not want to move to a non Belvoir let!
