They handed my property in perfect condition at the start of the tenancy. They did reply to every query and email. They did action any single problem in the property very quickly. In my experience, Belvoir is a serious and competent agency. I have rented flats in Colchester area with a few other agencies and Belvoir has been the best agency I’ve dealt with… by far! I will certainly recommend Belvoir to my friends and colleagues.
