I wanted to be in as quick as possible and they delivered. The flat was cleaned and ready to go! They also offered to assist with furniture collection if I needed it. I would highly recommend using Belvoir! Colchester. From the very first meeting I felt very comfortable and confident as their knowledge of the local housing market and advice was excellent. Darren was great at keeping both the vendor and buyer informed of progress throughout which took away any unnecessary anxiety from the house buying process.
