There have been up's and down's being a tenant under Belvoir Colchester over the years. The reason I have given Belvoir 5 stars is due to the fact that there are 3 members of staff, one being the Director, that have gone beyond the norm to help and resolve any problems. I was treated as an individual and helped in ways I would never expect or hope for within an Agent v Tenant relationship. Forever grateful..yo know who you are.
