Moving house can be a very stressful time, but having Sarah Fellows as our contact at BID made our move much easier. She always kept us informed and replied to our emails so quickly if we had any questions. So grateful to her and her hard work.

We recently sold our property through Curchods Cobham and were extremely impressed by the team and the service they provided from start to finish. In particular Jemima Hogg, who managed our sale, was brilliant; she was extremely personable and her communication was excellent throughout, ensuring we were consistently updated with how viewings and the sale were progressing. Her knowledge and expertise of the local market and selling process was evident, meaning we could go to her with any question, however small, and always receive accurate and useful answers/advice in a timely manner. We’ve owned in Cobham most of the last 32 years, and whilst we’ve had spells overseas, Cobham, and our cottage, have been home for a long time. So deciding to sell was a really big step. There are a number of good well established Agents on the high street, but what really distinguished Curchods was their commitment to follow through on what they said; their understanding of the market; and having decided to sell ‘off market’ they really did have the contacts and network of buyer interest to be able to make the sale happen. Curchods have been in Cobham a long time, they were patient, understanding, and very professional…and Jemima Hogg particularly was super supportive and worked hard for us (and the buyer) to keep the sale moving to Completion. We’ve closed a chapter, and there’s much we’ll miss about Cobham, but we move on with great memories, and truly grateful to Curchods for making the whole selling process a smooth one. Thankyou.
