My wife and I were a little hesitant at first, as buying via modern auction/secure sale was completely unknown to us. However, the minute I spoke to Kelly, everything was smooth sailing! She clearly explained the whole process and answered the countless questions we had. She knew the property and seller very well, and was happy to be on call working late into the evening with us to ensure our offer was sent through! and now... ACCEPTED! Thanks Kelly!
Reply from Curchods Cobham: Thank you so much for the kind review Rob. We’re really pleased Kelly was able to guide you through the process and put you at ease. Congratulations on your accepted offer and we wish you both all the very best for the next steps.
