Curchods Cobham

From the initial valuation through to notification of sale the Team at DB Roberts have really exceeded my expectations. In discussions around pricing and strategy they have truly displayed their expert knowledge and professionalism. I have been kept updated in all dealings and viewings by prospective purchasers, and always given timely feedback. They have provided fantastic and enthusiastic customer service, always happy to help. Communication with all parties has been exceptional. Particular mention must go to Tom Wragg and Emily Little for helping me to bring this sale to a quick conclusion. An amazing Team, and I am sincerely grateful for all their hard work! Fantastic Estate Agency and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Friendly and efficient staff. Emily was amazing when dealing with our many questions when looking to buy a house, keeping us well informed all the way through! Couldn’t be happier!

Prompt attention, regular updates and helpful advice. Property was viewed and marketed straightaway in a manner that attracted immediate attention from prospective buyers, with offers quickly made around the asking price. Good communication ensured that the best possible price was obtained for us.

I've been impressed with all at DB Roberts especially Emily. Not only have they sold my house quickly but Emily has been ace at keeping me up to date with everything and nothing has been too much trouble. There are lots of estate agents out there, I'm glad I chose this one.

Great service. Emily Little has been very good, friendly and attentive and a great communicator especially with my home purchase. Would recommend DB Roberts absolutely.

I asked Curchods to help me with a second property sale as they did such a great job the first time around. I wasn't disappointed. The Cobham team were a delight to deal with; extremely responsive, effective and communicative. Their style and approach is really straightforward. Amy was my main point of contact and was tremendously helpful in getting things over the line. Thank you also to Kate, Debbie, Jemima and Alfie. I'd have no hesitation in recommending.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for all the support I received from Amy during the process of buying my new home. Amy went the extra mile and I appreciate her kindness and professionalism in dealing with my house move.

Emily and team have been a pleasure to work with. Super flexible on viewings, really friendly and speedy with communication! …
