We’ve recently upgraded from the Estatesit desktop version to their new online CRM, and we’re extremely impressed with the improvement. The system is faster, more intuitive, and already proving to be a vital tool as we prepare for the upcoming changes in the lettings sector. The training delivered by Dave was excellent, clear, thorough, and tailored to how we work day‑to‑day. The transition has been smooth, and the upgrade has genuinely enhanced our workflow.
