Curchods Cobham

We recently bought through Curchods, and we can't speak highly enough of Julius. The purchase wasn't straightforward. The sellers were tricky at times, and there were moments when the deal felt like it was hanging by a thread. Through all of it Julius stayed calm and collected, and he kept reassuring us that it would get over the line. In a deal with plenty of twists and turns, Curchods, and especially Julius, were the one constant that we could rely on. Julius was honest, clear and transparent from day one. He never left us guessing, and he never told us what we wanted to hear just to keep things moving. At no point did we feel pushed or pressured. Instead, he was a trustworthy guide through the whole process, giving us the information we needed and letting us make our own decisions. Even though he was acting for the sellers, we always felt he was looking out for us and was genuinely invested in getting a fair deal done for everyone. We came into this with low expectations of estate agents, and Julius completely turned that around. We're so grateful for everything he did.
