Of the three, he appeared to be most down to earth and genuine in his estimations and advice on how to proceed with the sale. Rather than asking for the usual fee of 1.5 or 2% of the sale, Matt knew our property would sell quickly and offered us a realistic sale fee lower than we had expected. Our property sold within 2 weeks and Matt's handling of the whole process was extremely efficient, friendly and unobtrusive, always keeping us up to date when necessary.
