Incredibly superb customer service which made the stress more manageable, in particular Lisa Hewitt who went above and beyond to help with the purchase of my first home! Lisa is, in my eyes, such an essential asset to the company she was always very professional, well mannered and a breath of fresh air to communicate with! Everybody within the Cleckheaton branch who assisted myself were all the same, very nice people and a pleasure dealing with and very quick to respond with any queries I bombarded them with. Everybody really makes you feel valued and listened too, I cannot speak highly enough about everybody involved.
