Everyone at Robert Watts were very helpful from the intial valuation to the eventual sale of my property. They kept in touch throughout the process and answered all my questions (I hadn't sold a house for over 20 years so needed all the help I could get). The house sale took longer than I thought it would but that was not down to the team at Watts who progredded with the buyers solicitors at regular intervals. If my usual contact (Nicky) was not in the office then someone was always available to pick up where she'd left off as their internal systems meant that everything was detailed and up to date on the computer. Jenny and the team went above and beyond to ensure my purchase of a property from themselves went through smoothly. Jenny especially kept me updated weekly and I knew she was only a phone call away if I needed anything. We had a few bumps in the road with the chain as a whole but Jenny kept in contact with myself and my vendors to ensure we both knew what was happening.
